We don’t have to be perfect – but most of us want to feel comfortable and have control over our actions and reactions.

More and more, these days, I see people stuck in a cycle of validation, having to find ways of proving to various authorities that there is something ‘wrong’ with them or their child – as opposed to getting the help required to do something constructive which would enable change.

Nobody should have to view themselves in this way, let alone have to validate it.

By nature’s design, we all develop differently; sometimes this development can be halted or delayed. There are many reasons for this before and (or) after birth. The effects of these developmental delays and processing abilities can vary in intensity but can still be changed.

My job, as a RMTi Consultant is to constructively assist you in your, or your child’s, development by using movement-based techniques to help integrate the primitive and postural reflexes that have not had enough opportunity to fulfil their role and are still maintaining active control over the brain and body’s responses. Once these reflexes are no longer active each individual has, what would be considered, ‘more controlled’ and, certainly, ‘more comfortable’ reactions to internal and external stimuli. Allowing for a natural continuation on the development journey – enabling change.
